Reelsaz Terms of Service
1. The service
Reelsaz is a Telegram and Bale bot that makes short vertical clips, subtitles and captions from media you send, and publishes them to destinations you connect, only after you approve each post. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
2. YouTube
Reelsaz uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the
Google Privacy Policy. You may connect only channels you own or manage. You can
disconnect at any time with /youtube off or at Google's
security settings. Upload limits set by YouTube (daily quotas, channel limits, privacy restrictions) may delay or prevent a
publication; the bot tells you when this happens.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to your content. You give Reelsaz permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you send (video, images, voices, music) and that publishing it does not break any law or platform rule. Music added by Reelsaz is royalty-free and credited as its license requires.
- You are responsible for reviewing each preview before you approve it. AI-written texts can contain mistakes.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Reelsaz for illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, spam, or content that infringes others' rights, and do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Credits and payments
Some features may need paid credit packages, priced in the bot before you buy. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown in the bot. Unused credit expires as stated at purchase.
6. No warranty, limitation of liability
Reelsaz is provided "as is", during an early (pilot) period. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses, lost views or lost revenue.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data (/delete in the bot). We may change or end the service with notice in the bot.
8. Changes and contact
We post changes here and announce important ones in the bot. Contact: @PostStudioPilotBot (Telegram) or @reelsazbot (Bale).

/youtube off. سقف‌های یوتیوب (مثل سهمیهٔ روزانه یا خصوصی ماندن ویدیو) ممکن است انتشار را عقب بیندازند یا مانعش شوند. ربات این را به شما می‌گوید. - محتوای شما: همهٔ حقوق محتوا مال خودتان است. ریل‌ساز فقط برای ارائهٔ همین سرویس آن را پردازش می‌کند. مسئولیت داشتن حق انتشار فیلم، عکس، صدا و موزیک با شماست. موزیکی که ریل‌ساز اضافه می‌کند بدون کپی‌رایت است و اعتبارش ذکر می‌شود. متن‌هایی را که هوش مصنوعی نوشته، پیش از تأیید بخوانید.
- استفادهٔ ممنوع: محتوای غیرقانونی، نفرت‌پراکن، اسپم یا ناقض حق دیگران ممنوع است. حساب متخلف ممکن است بسته شود.
- اعتبار و پرداخت: قیمت بسته‌ها پیش از خرید در ربات نشان داده می‌شود.
- بدون ضمانت: سرویس در دورهٔ آزمایشی و «همان‌طور که هست» ارائه می‌شود. تا جایی که قانون اجازه می‌دهد، مسئولیتی برای زیان غیرمستقیم نداریم.
- پایان: هر وقت خواستید کنار بروید و پاک شدن داده‌ها را بخواهید (
/delete). تغییرها در همین صفحه و در ربات اعلام می‌شوند.
