Reelsaz Privacy Policy

Reelsaz ("we") is a chat bot on Telegram (@PostStudioPilotBot) and Bale (@reelsazbot) that turns a creator's raw video or photos into a vertical short clip with Persian subtitles and captions, and publishes it, after the creator approves it, to the destinations the creator connected (their own Telegram or Bale channel and their own YouTube channel). This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, and how you can delete it. By using Reelsaz you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Account data from Telegram/Bale: your numeric user ID, display name and username, and the IDs, titles and usernames of channels you connect. We need these to talk to you and to post where you asked.
• Content you send: videos, photos and short text instructions, and the clips, covers, titles, captions and subtitles we make from them ("jobs").
• Usage events: which buttons you press, edit requests, and job outcomes (for example "approved after one edit"), used to improve the quality of clips. These events do not contain any YouTube data.
• Payments: the package you bought and the payment status reported by Bale wallet. We never see your card details.
• YouTube / Google data (only if you connect YouTube): see section 3.

2. How we use it and who processes it

• To make your clips, show you previews, and publish only what you approve with ✅.
• Speech-to-text for subtitles runs on our own server. To write titles and captions, still frames and your text instructions are sent to an AI text-model provider (currently Anthropic's Claude, or Google's open Gemma model running on Cloudflare Workers AI) that processes them for us. No Google or YouTube user data is ever sent to an AI provider or used to train any AI model.
• Telegram and Bale deliver messages and files between you and the bot under their own privacy policies.
• We do not sell your data, do not show ads, and do not share your data with anyone except the processors above, or when required by law.

3. YouTube and Google user data

• Permissions we ask for: youtube.upload to upload a video you approved to your own channel, and youtube.readonly to read your channel's name and ID so you can see which channel is connected, and so we can check it before each upload. We do not read, change or delete your other videos, playlists, comments, subscriptions or analytics.
• What we store: (a) the OAuth refresh token Google gives us, stored only in the encrypted macOS Keychain on our server, never in files, logs or chats; (b) your channel's name and ID, kept at most 30 days and refreshed each time we upload for you; (c) the video ID and link of each upload we made for you, in that job's record.
• How we use it: only to upload the specific videos you approve, with the title, description and privacy setting you saw in the preview. Nothing is uploaded without your ✅.
• Limited Use: Reelsaz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Humans at Reelsaz do not read your Google data, except with your permission, for security, or to comply with law.
• How to revoke: send /youtube off to the bot: we revoke the token at Google and delete it and your channel data immediately. You can also remove Reelsaz at any time on Google's security settings page. If you revoke there, we delete any stored YouTube data within 30 days at the latest (in practice at our next attempt to use it).

4. Where data is kept and for how long

• Data is stored on Reelsaz's own server. Tokens are kept in the encrypted system Keychain; other data in files that only the bot can read.
• The raw videos and photos you send (and our temporary work copies) are deleted automatically 48 hours after you send them.
• The finished clips and images we make for you are kept so you can find and re-post them, until you delete your account.
• Your account record is kept while you use Reelsaz. Send /delete to the bot, or message us in the bot, to delete your account and all your data; we do this within 30 days, and remove YouTube access immediately.
• Videos already published to your channels stay there; you can delete them in Telegram, Bale or YouTube Studio.

5. Security

Secrets are stored only in the encrypted Keychain and are never written to logs. Access to the server is restricted to the operator. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and will tell affected users about a breach as required by law.

6. Children

Reelsaz is not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). YouTube's own age rules also apply.

ریل‌ساز ربات تلگرام (@PostStudioPilotBot) و بله (@reelsazbot) است. ویدیو یا عکس خام شما را به کلیپ عمودی با زیرنویس و کپشن فارسی تبدیل می‌کند. بعد، فقط پس از تأیید شما، آن را در مقصدهایی منتشر می‌کند که خودتان وصل کرده‌اید: کانال تلگرام یا بلهٔ خودتان و کانال یوتیوب خودتان. متن انگلیسی بالا متن اصلی است و این بخش خلاصهٔ دقیق آن است.

۱. چه چیزهایی نگه می‌داریم

• شناسه، نام و نام کاربری شما در تلگرام یا بله، و مشخصات کانال‌هایی که وصل می‌کنید.
• فایل‌ها و توضیحی که می‌فرستید، و کلیپ، کاور، عنوان، کپشن و زیرنویسی که از آن‌ها ساخته می‌شود.
• رویدادهای استفاده برای بهتر کردن کیفیت (مثل دکمه‌ها و درخواست‌های اصلاح). این رویدادها هیچ دادهٔ یوتیوبی ندارند.
• بسته‌ای که خریده‌اید و وضعیت پرداخت از کیف پول بله. اطلاعات کارت را هیچ‌وقت نمی‌بینیم.

۲. استفاده و پردازش

• فقط برای ساخت کلیپ، نشان دادن پیش‌نمایش و انتشار چیزی که خودتان با ✅ تأیید کرده‌اید.
• تبدیل گفتار به متن روی سرور خود ریل‌ساز انجام می‌شود. برای نوشتن عنوان و کپشن، چند فریم ثابت و توضیح شما به یک سرویس هوش مصنوعی (فعلاً Claude از شرکت Anthropic، یا مدل باز Gemma گوگل روی Cloudflare Workers AI) فرستاده می‌شود. هیچ دادهٔ گوگل یا یوتیوب شما به سرویس هوش مصنوعی فرستاده نمی‌شود و برای آموزش هیچ مدلی به کار نمی‌رود.
• داده‌ها را نمی‌فروشیم، تبلیغ نشان نمی‌دهیم و به کسی نمی‌دهیم، مگر به پردازشگرهای بالا یا وقتی قانون بخواهد.

۳. دادهٔ یوتیوب و گوگل

• اجازه‌ها: youtube.upload فقط برای آپلود ویدیویی که تأیید کرده‌اید، در کانال خودتان. youtube.readonly فقط برای خواندن نام و شناسهٔ کانال، تا ببینید کدام کانال وصل است و پیش از هر آپلود همان کانال چک شود. ویدیوها، کامنت‌ها، آمار و فهرست‌های دیگر شما را نمی‌خوانیم و تغییر نمی‌دهیم.
• آنچه نگه می‌داریم:
  • توکن دسترسی گوگل، فقط در Keychain رمزگذاری‌شدهٔ سرور. هرگز در فایل، لاگ یا چت نوشته نمی‌شود.
  • نام و شناسهٔ کانال، حداکثر ۳۰ روز. با هر آپلود تازه می‌شود.
  • لینک ویدیوهایی که برایتان آپلود شده است.
• استفادهٔ محدود (Limited Use): استفادهٔ ریل‌ساز از اطلاعاتی که از APIهای گوگل می‌گیرد، و انتقال آن به هر اپ دیگر، تابع سیاست دادهٔ کاربر سرویس‌های API گوگل، از جمله الزامات Limited Use، است.
• لغو دسترسی: در ربات /youtube off بفرستید. توکن همان لحظه در گوگل باطل می‌شود و همراه دادهٔ کانال پاک می‌شود. از صفحهٔ امنیت حساب گوگل هم می‌توانید دسترسی را بردارید. در آن صورت، هر دادهٔ یوتیوب حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز پاک می‌شود.

۴. محل و مدت نگهداری

• داده‌ها روی سرور خود ریل‌ساز نگه داشته می‌شوند. توکن‌ها در Keychain رمزگذاری‌شده‌اند.
• فیلم و عکس خامی که می‌فرستید (و نسخه‌های موقت کار) ۴۸ ساعت بعد از ارسال خودکار پاک می‌شوند.
• کلیپ‌ها و عکس‌های نهایی که برایتان ساخته می‌شود می‌مانند تا دوباره پیدا و منتشرشان کنید، تا وقتی حسابتان را پاک کنید.
• با فرستادن /delete در ربات یا با پیام در ربات، حساب و همهٔ داده‌هایتان ظرف ۳۰ روز پاک می‌شود. دسترسی یوتیوب همان لحظه برداشته می‌شود.
• پست‌هایی که در کانال‌هایتان منتشر شده‌اند همان‌جا می‌مانند و خودتان می‌توانید پاکشان کنید.

۵. امنیت، کودکان، تغییرات

رمزها فقط در Keychain رمزگذاری‌شده‌اند و در لاگ نوشته نمی‌شوند. ریل‌ساز برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال نیست. تغییرات در همین صفحه اعلام می‌شوند و تغییرهای مهم در ربات هم گفته می‌شوند. پرسش یا شکایت: پیام در ربات: @PostStudioPilotBot (تلگرام) یا @reelsazbot (بله).
